I'm a UX and Product Designer that loves to solve complex problems with creativity and critical thinking!

I've been bringing a strategic lens and thoughtful, human-centered design to projects for over 5 years. Whether I'm working with an entrepreneur, start-up, SaaS, or civic tech team, I collaborate closely with clients to deliver on business goals, while balancing good UX and engineering complexity.

My journey began at SendGrid, where I helped improve workflows for engineers with a GUI for their data management system. More recent experience was at Human Rights First, where I designed AI tools to aid social justice advocates and marginalized communities.

I work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver products and designs that are both impactful and intuitive.

Product Designer

2020 - Current

Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements and develop goal-driven strategies for user and market research, informing success metrics, product roadmaps, and MVP definitions. Lead collaborative branding workshops to craft custom, memorable brand identities aligned with each client's desired brand personality, ensuring market fit and strong audience resonance. Support engineers through detailed requirements, QA testing, and ongoing design iteration. Create research informed design decisions for  future product versioning while balancing technical limitations & value-add. Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, heat maps, A/B testing) to refine UI and increase conversions. Apply generative AI to accelerate content development and streamline workflows. Design and built a personal digital portfolio from scratch using Webflow.

Human Rights First

UX Designer

2023 - 2025

Led end-to-end design of 5 civic tech and human rights tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch accessible, user-centered MVPs. Built WCAG-compliant design systems and component libraries to ensure brand consistency and accessibility. Planned and conducted stakeholder interviews and usability testing to inform trauma-informed, ethical design solutions. Rapidly prototyped in Figma and Miro, iterating based on feedback. Delivered tailored artifacts for technical and non-technical audiences, including executive decks and workshops. Supported AI and API integrations and tracked analytics post-launch. Helped secure over $100K in grants and scaled a civic engagement platform’s reach by 900%.

UX Design Intern

2018 - 2019

Addressed workflow challenges for SendGrid engineers by designing a GUI with version tracking, enhancing control over code packages essential to core business operations. Co-authored technical requirements with engineering, driving efficient development and achieving system delivery in just 3 months. Maintained visual consistency through adherence to brand guidelines and component libraries. Applied QA testing and user feedback to guide agile improvements during sprints.
